New G1 Winner for Lookin at Lucky
Top class sire Lookin at Lucky has achieved success in both hemispheres with his latest elite performer coming in Chile with undefeated colt Tokerau (3c Lookin at Lucky x Viviana Jazmin, by Gracioso) taking out the Grade I Clasico Dos Mil Guineas at Santiago.
Trained by Jan Silva, Tokerau made it three wins in as many starts when striding clear to win the one mile contest by two and three-quarter lengths.
Tokerau is the best of four winners from Viviana Jazmin and is the 48th stakes-winner for Lookin at Lucky.
He is the 13th Grade I winner worldwide for Lookin at Lucky, whose offspring include Breeders Cup Classic winner Accelerate and Kentucky Derby winner Country House.
