New Grade Three Winner for Lucky
The Grade III Durham Cup at Woodbine on Sunday was won in good style by Lookin for Eight (4g Lookin at Lucky x Somalia by Mineshaft).
Trained by Mark Casse, Lookin for Eight took up the lead out of the first turn and kept up a good gallop to win the 1 1/8th mile contest by more than a length.
With three wins and three placings from 12 starts, Lookin for Eight has won in excess of $165,000 in prizemoney.
A half-brother to Grade III winner Miss Mo Mentum, a daughter of Uncle Mo, he is the second stakes-winner from Somalia.
Lookin for Eight is the 38th stakes-winner worldwide for Lookin at Lucky.
