New Stakes-Winner for Tale of the Cat

Improving filly Catrageous (3f Tale of the Cat x Frozen Treat, by Dynaformer) posted a career best performance to win the Santa Rosa Wine Country Stakes on the weekend. Trained by Armando Lage, Catrageous took the 1 and 1/16^th mile contest on turf by more than two lengths. She has the overall record of two wins and six placings from 11 starts with prizemoney nearing $100,000. Catrageous is the 91^st stakes-winner for top class sire Tale of the Cat and is from Frozen Treat, a full sister to Grade II winner Masseuse.
