Prove My Love (Justify) Wins Delaware MSW

Prove My Love Ninth Winner for Justify

It was a ninth winner for Triple Crown winner Justify on Thursday when Prove My Love (2f Justify x Mo Chuisle, by Free House) won a Delaware Park Maiden Special Weight.

The filly immediately went to the lead in the five-furlong turf race as she dealt with pressure from a rival early on. Prove My Love kicked away in the stretch before a late closing runner cut her lead down to a length at the line with the third placed runner 6 ¾ lengths behind the winner.

It was the second start for Prove My Love, who is trained by Cathal Lynch for Runnymoore Racing.

She is bred by Town and Country Horse Farms and Frank and Kim Taylor out of Mo Chuisle, the dam of U.S. Champion Male Sprinter Points Offthebench in addition to Grade III winner Bench Points and stakes winner Molto Allegro among six winners from eight to race.

Mo Chuisle is out of the Grade III winner Visible Gold, who also produced multiple Grade II-placed Visible Slew.

Justify’s two graded stakes winners, three stakes winners, and four stakes performers is the best of any freshman stallion, as is his average earnings per starter. His nine winners also ties him for fourth on the freshman sire list.
