Sixth Winner for Munnings

19/09/2014

Promising young sire Munnings added a sixth winner to his tally when Carolina Speed (2c Munnings x Carolina Sunrise, by Awesome Again) saluted at Charles Town.

Trained by Timothy Grams, Carolina Speed improved on his debut third to take the six and a half furlong maiden by half a length in a tenacious effort.

Carolina Speed is a half-brother to stakes-winner Reveron and stakes-placed Carolina Mist being from the good producer Carolina Sunrise.
