Uncle Mo in Demand
Outstanding sire Uncle Mo was in demand at the 2017 Keeneland September Yearling Sale with 24 yearlings averaging $302,292 in Book One and Two.
Best results for Uncle Mo came with colts from Joyfully and Tzawonderfulspring that both fetched $700,000, the former bought by Oxo Equine and the latter by Maverick Racing and China Horse Club.
His top filly out of From Jump Street made $475,000 to the bid of Godolphin.
These yearlings are the fourth crop of foals for Uncle Mo, whose stocks shot through the roof when his first two year-olds started running and winning, so stay tuned for his 2018 yearlings which will be from some of the best mares in the country.
