Walks In June (Walk in the Park) Wins The 4 Yo Maiden At Dawstown

Four More Point-to-Point Incentive Winners

Barely a weekend goes by without a 4YO winner for Walk In The Park and that was the case again this time with Walks In June (pictured), bred by Sean Harnedy, making a successful debut at Dawstown for Colin Bowe.

The previous afternoon at Ballindenisk, Cahier’s Den (Idaho), a last fence faller on his debut in March, made no mistake when landing the 4YO Geldings for owner/trainer Gearoid O’Loughlin. Bred by Jamie Robinson & Laura Byrne, he is the second 4YO point-to-point winner from Idaho’s first crop.

In the 4YO Mares Maiden on the same card, No Flies On Her (Soldier of Fortune), a Sean Doyle-trainer newcomer bred by Garreth Adair & Chris O'Callaghan, kept on well to score by two lengths.

And finally, last Friday at Necarne, the Peter Murphy-bred Kingston Coole (Kingston Hill) ran out an 11-length winner of the 5YO Mares Maiden for owner/trainer David Christie.

The breeders of all four winners are entitled to a €1,000 credit which can be offset against any nomination to a Coolmore N.H. Sire booked this season.
