Magna Grecia Colt Makes All To Maiden Victory

Miletus (3c Magna Grecia – Prima Luce, by Galileo) took a step forward on Monday to make his third start a winning one at Windsor.

Rossa Ryan rode the Charlie Hills-trained colt to make all in the novice stakes over a mile and asked his charge to quicken approaching the final furlong. The bay kept on well to beat the joint-favourite by a length and a quarter.

Miletus is owned by McLaren Horse Racing, having been purchased by his trainer with McKeever Bloodstock as a yearling for €140,000. The first crop son of Magna Grecia was bred by Kilcarn Stud.
