Son Of Mahler Leads Them Home On Debut
Disguisedlimit (5g Mahler – Blessingindisguise, by Luso) appears to have a bright future after running out a commanding winner at Curraghmore on Saturday.
The Donnchadh Doyle-trained newcomer was sent off favourite for the five-year-old geldings maiden and raced prominently throughout under Rob James. Asserting after the third last, he kept on well on the run-in to beat Ashtown Park (Walk In The Park) by five lengths.
A return to the sales is now on the cards for Disguisedlimit, who sold for €70,000 as a three-year-old. He was bred by Anthony Keane Junior out of Blessingindisguise, who has a four-year-old by Mahler yet to run.
