Son Of Mahler Wins Four-Year-Old Maiden In Good Style

Youdecide (4g Mahler – Pharney Lady, by Flemensfirth) justified strong market support to make a winning debut in Sunday’s four-year-old maiden at Scarteen point-to-point.

The Pat Doyle-trained newcomer was sent off favourite under Pa King and chased the leaders for much of the way. Leading after the second last, he quickened well in testing conditions to win by three lengths.

The son of Mahler is owned by Mary Doyle and was bred by Mr V Burke.
