Son Of Milan Impresses On Chase Debut
Seven No Trumps (6g Milan - Ballyknock Present, by Presenting) made a smart start to his chasing career when running out an easy winner of the Novices’ Handicap Chase at Lingfield on Friday.
Positioned at the back of the field by Harry Skelton, Dan Skelton’s charge made headway from the seventh fence and cruised into contention approaching the third last. Nudged along to lead approaching the final fence, he scored by four and a quarter lengths with ease from Honorary Colonel (Ocovango), as Get Your Own (Getaway) kept on for third.
Owned by Frank McAleavy, Seven No Trumps was bred by B Higgins.
