Son Of Milan Makes It Look Easy On Chase Debut

Broadway Joe (7g Milan - Greenhall Rambler, by Anshan) appears to have a bright future over fences, after making a winning chase debut at Kelso on Saturday.

Nick Alexander’s hurdle winner dropped back to two miles and one furlong on his seasonal return and was ridden towards the back of the field by Danny McMenamin. Making headway from four out, he was pushed along to dispute from two out and went clear approaching the final fence. He went on to score by a length and a half, eased down.
