Grade 1 winning hurdler My Drogo (6g Milan - My Petra, by Midnight Legend) outclassed his rivals when justifying favouritism in Saturday’s Novices’ Chase at Cheltenham.

Dan Skelton's charge was unbeaten over hurdles last season and ended his campaign with an impressive win in the Grade 1 Mersey Novices’ Hurdle at Aintree. Regular rider Harry Skelton partnered the bay to make it second time lucky over fences and raced prominently throughout, extending his advantage from two out. He scored by seven lengths with ease.
