Walk In The Park Filly Strides Clear At Cork

Jenny Flex (4f Walk In The Park - Dark Mimosa, by Bahri) continued an amazing start for Walk In The Park’s first Irish four-year-olds when running out a clear winner of the Four-Year-Old Mares Maiden at Cork on Saturday.

Trained by Colin Bowe for Brian Acheson, the bay finished a promising second on debut at Punchestown to the impressive Limerick Lace (Walk In The Park). Once again ridden by Barry O’Neill at the weekend, she raced prominently throughout and went on to score by ten lengths.

Bought by Mags O’Toole at the Derby Sale for €75,000, the half-sister to dual Graded winner Scarlet And Dove was bred by Eddie O’Donoghue.
