Walk In The Park Mare Eases Clear On Debut

My Kiwi Girl (5m Walk In The Park – Come And Fight, by Kris Kin) proved a cut above her rivals in the Sunday’s maiden for five and six-year-old mares at Quakerstown.

The Ciaran Fennessy owned and trained newcomer was sent off favourite and raced prominently throughout under Alan O’Sullivan. Clear at the second last, she was eased down on the run-in to score by 16 lengths.

The daughter of Walk In The Park was bred by AV Bloodstock.
