Sioux Nation Colt Gains Well-Earned Maiden Win
Debora’s Dream (2c Sioux Nation - Duljanah, by Dream Ahead) ran out a deserving winner of Tuesday’s seven furlong maiden at Wolverhampton.
The Roger Varian-trained colt had been narrowly denied in three similar contests and was sent off favourite to get off the mark under Aidan Keeley. Chasing the leaders for much of the way, he was ridden approaching the final furlong and led soon after, keeping on to win by a comfortable length and a half.
Debora’s Dream is owned by Opulence Thoroughbreds and was bred by DA Thorpe.
