Son Of Sioux Nation Completes Hat-Trick In Style

Brave Emperor (2g Sioux Nation - Roman Gal, by Holy Roman Emperor) completed a hat-trick of wins when making a successful return to action at Wolverhampton on Friday evening.

The Archie Watson-trained bay won a five furlong maiden on his second start and followed up over six furlongs next time out. Stepping up to seven furlongs on his first start since the end of May, the son of Sioux Nation was ridden prominently by David Probert and was pushed along from two furlongs out. Making headway to lead approaching the final furlong, he was ridden out to score by two lengths and three quarters.

Owned by Middleham Park Racing, Brave Emperor was bred by Caroline Hanly and Sean Ronan.
