Practical Joke Daughter Sells for $610,000 at Fasig-Tipton

Practical Joke daughter Laurent was a $610,000 purchase by Rifara and Marette Farrell during Monday’s Fasig-Tipton November Sale.

Consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency, the Grade I-placed Laurent was carrying her first foal by champion Elite Power when she went through the ring. She is the first runner out of two-time winner She Rocks The Look, who is a half-sister to Grade II placed Dancing Belle. Their dam London Mist was a winner herself and produced seven winners from eight to race with the group also including four-time winner Rocket One.

This is the family of multiple graded stakes winners Last Gunfighter and Tiger Moth.

Laurent is one of 84 worldwide stakes performers for Practical Joke with the group led by 29 graded stakes winners.
