$250,000 for Mastercraftsman Colt
With his oldest Southern Hemisphere bred progeny now three year-olds, Mastercraftsman posted solid results at the 2015 NZB Premier Yearling Sale with his stock selling for up to $250,000.
His best result came with a colt from Belle Diva that was offered by Windsor Park Stud and snapped up by astute trainer Gary Hennessy.
The dashing grey colt is the first foal of unraced High Chaparral mare Belle Diva, a sister to Group III winner Lady Chaparral and half-sister to Group I New Zealand Oaks winner Bramble Rose.
Also popular a colt from Madeleine Noblet that made $230,000 for Pencarrow Stud when secured by leading trainer John Sargent.
