Heights Of Abraham (2c Starspangledbanner - High Vintage, by High Chaparral) became the latest winner by in-form sire Starspangledbanner when winning on his second start at Musselburgh on Wednesday.

Fourth over six furlongs on debut last month, the Keith Dalgleish-trained colt was sent off joint second favourite for the seven furlong maiden under Shane Gray. Chasing the leaders for much of the way, he was ridden approaching the three furlong pole and led approaching the final furlong. Keeping on well, he won by a length and three quarters, with the front pair racing seven and a half lengths clear of the field.
