Churchill Colt Goes One Better On Second Start
Wall Street Crash (2c Churchill - Shrimpton, by Cadeaux Genereux) built on a promising debut to take Saturday’s seven furlong Novice Stakes at Chelmsford.
Runner-up on debut in August, the John Quinn owned and trained colt was ridden prominently by James Sullivan and was switched right to challenge approaching the final furlong. Ridden to lead inside the final 110 yards, he ran on well to score by a length and a quarter.
The promising son of Churchill was bred by Mick Channon.
