Churchill Juvenile Draws Clear With Ease

Pandora’s Gift (2f Churchill – Amthaal, by Exceed And Excel) built on a promising debut to run out a clear winner of the fillies’ novice stakes at Chelmsford on Thursday evening.

The Stuart Williams-trained filly overcame signs of inexperience to finish second to a more experienced rival at the track ten days earlier and remained over the six furlong trip on her second start. Making all under Rossa Ryan, she drew clear approaching the final furlong and was eased down close home to win by four lengths. A previous winner finished another two and a quarter lengths back in third.
