Fleeting Prince Becomes The Latest Winner By No Nay Never
A promising runner-up on his debut two weeks ago, Fleeting Prince (2c No Nay Never - My Sweet Georgia, by Royal Applause) made all to win the 6f novice stakes by 2½ lengths at Windsor yesterday evening.
The Charlie Hills trained colt holds entries in the Goffs UK sales race at York, as well as the Gr.2 Gimcrack Stakes. Owned by Mrs Susan Roy, Fleeting Prince was bred by Edgeridge Ltd.
Last year’s Champion First Crop Sire No Nay Never is enjoying another great season, with a Group double at Newmarket on Saturday courtesy of Ten Sovereigns in the Gr.1 July Cup and Mystery Power in the Gr.2 Superlative Stakes. The leading sire of 2YO’s, his other stakes winners this season include Gr.2 Coventry Stakes winner Arizona.
