Never Cry Never (No Nay Never) Wins His Maiden At Dundalk

No Nay Never Colt A Commanding Maiden Winner

The progressive Never Cry Never (3c No Nay Never - Dowager, by Groom Dancer) gained his maiden win in good style at Dundalk on Wednesday.

Fozzy Stack’s charge had shaped with promise on his previous starts and was well-supported to get off the mark in the six furlong maiden. Ridden prominently by Colin Keane, he asserted before the two furlong marker and kept on well inside the final furlong to score by two lengths and three quarters, with another three and a half lengths back to the third.

Owned by D Keoghan and Casey McLiney, Never Cry Never is a half-brother to Stakes performer Guerre D’Amour (Camelot). The pair were bred by Lynch Bages and Rhinestone Bloodstock.
