No Nay Never Colt Draws Clear On Second Start
Dirtyoldtown (2c No Nay Never - Tadris, by Red Ransom) produced an impressive performance in the driving rain to win his second start at Chepstow on Thursday.
The George Boughey-trained colt made a promising debut last month and was sent off the even-money favourite for the seven furlong contest at Chepstow. Ridden to make all by Rossa Ryan, he was asked to quicken from two furlongs out and went clear approaching the final furlong, going on to score by five and a half lengths.
Bred by Summerhill Bloodstock and Lynch Bages, the son of No Nay Never is a half-brother to five winners, including the Group-placed Yaseer.
