No Nay Never Juvenile Powers Clear At Longchamp

Neversay (2c No Nay Never - Foreign Tune, by Invincible Spirit) ran out an impressive winner of Sunday’s two-year-old maiden at Longchamp.

Trained by Freddy Head for owner/breeders the Wertheimer brothers, he shaped with promise when finishing second on debut earlier this month. The bay was sent off favourite as he stepped up to six and a half furlongs and was ridden to track the leaders by Maxime Guyon. Making smooth headway in the straight, he was asked to challenge a furlong and half from home and ran on strongly to score by five and a half lengths.
