Promising Colts Complete Double For No Nay Never

He’s A Monster (2c No Nay Never - Al Joza, by Dubawi) kicked off a smart two-year-old double for No Nay Never on Thursday when making a winning debut at Chelmsford.

Archie Watson’s charge led from the early stages of the seven furlong contest and was asked to quicken approaching the turn for home. Ridden approaching the final furlong, he was driven out to score by two and a quarter lengths under Hollie Doyle, in the colours of Lone Star Investments.

He’s A Monster was bred by Frank Antonacci and David Reid, who also bred No Nay Never’s progressive juvenile Never Just A Dream (2c No Nay Never - Poetic Imagination, by Exceed And Excel).

Trained by Ismail Mohammed for Saeed Al Tayer, he won his second start last month and was sent off favourite to double up at Newcastle’s Racing League fixture. Racing prominently throughout under Cameron Noble, he was shaken up to go clear approaching the final furlong and kept on strongly to win by two and a quarter lengths.

Connections must hold Never Just A Dream in high regard, as the chesnut holds an entry in the Group 1 Middle Park Stakes.
