Unbeaten Juvenile Becomes Latest Group Winner By No Nay Never

Midnight Mile (2f No Nay Never - Ruby Tuesday, by Galileo) continued an incredible season for No Nay Never’s juveniles when making it two from two in the Group 3 Oh So Sharp Stakes at Newmarket.

The Richard Fahey-trained bay made a perfect start at Doncaster in July and stepped up to seven furlongs on return. Positioned in midfield by Oisin Orr, she was switched left to challenge approaching the final furlong and produced a good turn of foot between horses. Running on strongly, she was ridden to lead by a head on the line, with another three parts of a length back to Small Oasis (Sioux Nation) in third.

Midnight Mile is owned by Mrs Richard Henry and was bred by Premier Bloodstock out of a winning full-sister to Group performer Betterbetterbetter (Galileo). The pair are three-parts sisters to Group 1 winners Quarter Moon (Sadler’s Wells) and Yesterday (Sadler’s Wells).
