Leader In The Park (5g Walk In The Park - Supreme Breda, by Supreme Leader) emerged as an exciting prospect when running out a wide margin winner of the Five-Year-Old Geldings Maiden at Tallow on Sunday.
A half-brother to Benefficient, the Sean Doyle-trained newcomer jumped well throughout and led from two out under Liam Gilligan. The winning margin was all of 56 lengths, with another 50 lengths back to the third.

Mt Fugi Park was bred by Vincent and Jimmy Lawler and is a half-brother to Grade 2 performer Real Milan (Milan).
The following race on the card, the mares’ maiden, was won by the Sam Curling-trained Longhouse Legacy (5m Walk In The Park - Staraba, by Astarabad), who provided rider Derek O’Connor with his 1,300th winner.
The daughter of Walk In The Park was making her second start and raced prominently throughout in a field of ten runners. Asserting before the final fence, she kept on well on the run-in to win by two and a half lengths, with another half a length back to Seventy Eight Team (Mahler) in third.
Owned by John Duggan, Longhouse Legacy was bred by Whitebarn Farming and hails from the family of Douvan (Walk In The Park).
