Mahler 4yo wins in style on bumper debut
Glen Forsa (4g Mahler-Outback Ivy, by Bob Back), carrying the well-known colours of Tim Radford, kicked off in his racing career in the best possible fashion on Saturday when winning a Huntingdon bumper.
The son of Mahler, bred by Jonathan Deacon, was sent off a well-supported second favourite for his racecourse debut and cruised home six lengths clear of the field.
Trainer Mick Channon told the Racing Post: “Glen Forsa is lovely horse who is quite talented. He is still a big baby and we´ll see how he comes out of this.”
