Shattered Love is Listed winner for Yeats

Gigginstown House Stud and trainer Gordon Elliott teamed up for a Listed win with Yeats mare Shattered Love (5m Yeats-Tracker, by Bustino) at Thurles on Sunday. The five-year-old won the Listed EBF Boreen Belle Mares’ Novices Hurdle by no less than 37 lengths under Jack Kennedy. "She is a nice mare and is progressive. She'd stay further,” reported Kennedy.

A €50,000 euro purchase from the Tattersalls Ireland Derby Sale, Shattered Love was bred by Limetree Stud. The progressive mare is also a point-to-point winner and easily won a Naas bumper in March (pictured).
