Shattered Love wins first bumper start for Yeats

Winning pointer Shattered Love (5m Yeats-Tracker, by Bustino) was successful on her first start under Rules at Naas on Sunday when winning a bumper for owners Gigginstown House Stud and trainer Gordon Elliott. The Yeats mare, a winner at Lemonfield last year, won the two-mile bumper by three and a half lengths, looking another useful flag bearer for her sire. "She's a nice filly. I wasn't going to run her for another month as she's weak and had not done a lot," said Elliott. Bred by Limetree Stud, Shattered Love sold for €50,000 at the Tattersalls Ireland Derby Sale.
