Son Of Mahler Makes Perfect Start For New Stable
Point-to-point winner Chazza (5g Mahler - Presenting Proform, by Presenting) made a perfect start for new connections when taking Saturday’s bumper at Bangor.
There was plenty of market support for the bay, who was bought by Kim Bailey and Aiden Murphy for £65,000 after winning a four-year-old maiden at Lingstown for Colin Motherway. Chester Williams took the ride and made all of the running, pushing his mount along from three furlongs out. Four lengths clear a furlong from home, he was pushed out to win by two and a quarter lengths, ears pricked.
The son of Mahler was bred by John Flavin and is a half-brother to six-time winner Westland Row (Oscar).
