All four of his dam S S Pinafore’s runners are winners with her other winners including Grade III-placed Liam. S S Pinafore is a winning half-sister to multiple graded stakes winner Southdale with one of her half-sisters producing stakes placed Bourbon Bay and recent Maddie Made Stakes second Brattle House. Each of this colt’s first four dams has either earned blacktype themselves or produced a stakes winner.

A $250,000 colt at the Fasig-Tipton Selected Yearlings Showcase last fall, the H. Allen Poindexter-bred colt out of Adande goes through the ring as Hip 65. Breezing in :10.1 for Pick View as agent, the colt is the second foal out of a half-sister to multiple graded stakes winner Isotherm and Grade I-placed Gio Game from three winning half-sisters for his dam. Adande’s More Than Ready dam is the stakes-placed Game For More, one of two stakes horses for her own winning dam.

A $130,000 yearling last year, Hip 81 offered by De Meric Sales is out of a half-sister to Grade II winner Bustle. Bred by Swifty Farms, the filly’s five-time winning dam has also produced one winner and one other placers from two foals of racing age and is also a half-sister to stakes winner Ladies’ Privilege. Bustle’s winning dam is also a half-sister to multiple Grade I winner Critical Eye with eight stakes horses listed under this filly’s third dam alone.

The first foal out of the stakes winning Do The Dance, the $130,000 yearling purchase bred by Lester Kwok and Dr. Naoya Yoshida is offered by Gene Recio as Hip 106. Breezing in :10.1, the colt’s dam is also a half-sister to stakes winner Randonnee with their dam out of the Grade III winner Loving Pride. This colt is another one whose first four dams are all stakes winners or producers.

Bred by Amy Rabanal, DVM, Constance Wickes and Highclere, Hip 117 was purchased last year as a yearling for $150,000 and has seen multiple updates since then. Breezing in :10.0, the filly out of Goforitmrsmiller is a half-sister to stakes-placed Bandwidth and five other winners from her dam’s six foals to race. Goforitmrsmiller is herself a half-sister to three stakes winners and one other stakes placed horse with two of her siblings seeing updates under their names on the page thanks to multiple new winners.

Practical Joke’s final offering through the ring is consigned by Tom McCrocklin as Hip 180 and bred by Eurowest Bloodstock Services. A granddaughter of stakes-placed Inside Passage, her dam Narrow Sea is also a half-sister to Grade II Fair Grounds Oaks third Sweet Diane. Inside Passage is one of eight stakes horses for the winning Miswaki mare Magical Flash. That mare’s best runner was Grade III winner and Grade I-placed Take The Ribbon with one of Take The Ribbon’s stakes winning half-sisters producing champion Good Magic.
