A $700,000 OBS April 2YO Sale purchase, Boldor (2c Munnings x Senate Caucus, by Siphon) opened his career with a stylish victory at Keeneland on Thursday earning TDN Rising Star status for his effort.

Trained by Steve Asmussen, Boldor made the running and kept up a hard gallop to the line to score an eye-catching win in the six furlong maiden.

Originally a $100,000 Fasig-Tipton Saratoga Yearling purchase, Boldor now runs for Ed and Susie Orr and is a half-brother to stakes-placed Avarice and Fly E Dubai from hood producer Senate Caucus.
