She’s Hot (2f Sioux Nation - Timely Words, by Galileo) added to Sioux Nation’s rapidly growing honour roll when gaining a deserved maiden victory at Ffos Las.

Paul and Oliver Cole’s representative was sent off favourite for the extended seven furlong maiden, following a trio of seconds, and was ridden to track the leader by Rossa Ryan. Asserting before the two furlong pole, she was ridden a furlong later and kept on well to win by a length and a quarter, going away. The front pair finished over six lengths clear of the field.

Owned by Mrs Fitri Hay and Charlie Methven, She’s Hot was bred by the Pocock Family out of a half-sister to Melbourne Cup hero Rekindling (High Chaparral).
