Sioux Nation Filly Eases Clear To Maiden Victory
Pantera Nera (2f Sioux Nation - Sparks, by Elusive City) shaped like a smart prospect when winning her second start at Compiegne on Friday.
Dropping back to seven furlongs, the Gianluca Bietolini-trained bay chased the leader under Maxime Guyon and asserted with ease two furlongs from home. Ridden entering the final furlong, she was eased down close home to win by three lengths.
Pantera Nera is owned by Fabio Manservigi and was bred by Sherbourn Lodge with Vereright Ltd. A €230,000 purchase at the Arqana Breeze-Up Sale, she continues a fantastic start at stud by Sioux Nation.
