Unbeaten Holy Roman colt wins French Listed
Three-year-old Holy Warrior (3c Holy Roman Emperor-If Dubai, by Stephen Got Even) looks an exciting prospect after making it two wins from as many starts with a Listed victory at Cagnes-sur-Mer on Saturday.
A Kempton maiden winner on his debut, the Gay Kelleway-trained colt faced a competitive field in the Listed Prix Policeman over 10 furlongs and ran out a length and a half victior under Pierre-Charles Boudot.
Bred by Chris McHale and Oghill House Stud, the Holy Roman Emperor colt is out of a half-sister to G1 Kentucky Oaks winner Gal In A Ruckus.
