Son Of Vadamos Sells For Sales Topping €315,000

An exciting son of Vadamos topped the Arqana Autumn Sale when selling to a mysterious buyer for €315,000.

Consigned by trainer Francois Nicolle, Foxfire Glow (Vadamos) is rumoured to be leaving France after being knocked down to an online bidder identified as HB. The three-year-old caught the eye when beaten just a head by his more experienced stablemate Kyrov over hurdles at Compiegne last month, with the winner having since captured a Grade 1 in impressive fashion.

Foxfire Glow hails from the first crop of Vadamos, which also includes two Stakes winners and Group 3 runner-up Spycatcher. Maiden hurdle winner Calvados (Vadamos) is another of his early representatives over hurdles.
