Fully Subscribed Newest Winner for Tiz The Law
Klaravich Stables’ Fully Subscribed (2f Tiz the Law x Sweetbaby, by Candy Ride) was the second winner in four days for her sire with a four-length romp at Aqueduct on Sunday.
Kicking off her career in the seven-furlong Maiden Special Weight on dirt, Fully Subscribed broke from the rail position before racing head and head with another runner near the back of the pack. Coming into the turn, she utilized her rail position to work her way up to just behind the leaders before shifting out coming into the stretch.
By the time the field hit the furlong pull, Fully Subscribed had about a length on the longtime leader and was given just enough urging to stay focused in the end.
The Payson Stud-bred filly was purchased by her racing owner for $300,000 earlier this year from Caliente Thoroughbreds and sent to Chad Brown.
She is the first foal out of three-time winner Sweetbaby, who is out of Grade I winner Rutherienne. That mare is just one of five stakes performers out of the stakes winning Ruthian, who also produced Grade III winner Ruthenia and stakes winner Ruthville.
This is the winner number 17 for Tiz The Law, who leads all freshmen by earnings, stakes winners, and graded stakes winners with his runners led by two Breeders’ Cup hopefuls.
