Key Of Life Sells for $575,000 at Fasig-Tipton November
Mo Town’s only offering at the Fasig-Tipton November Sale brought $575,000 when Bo Bromagen won the bidding war for the Four Star Sales offering.
Key of Life came into the ring with win in the Grade II Beaumont Stakes two starts ago, her third win in as many starts at Keeneland. The mare also won the Myrtlewood Stakes at Keeneland as a juvenile and Purple Martin Stakes as a 3-year-old, finishing off the board only once in nine starts.
Earning $637,775 on the track, she won five times with two stakes third as well in her six starts at the level.
Key of Life is a granddaughter of multiple stakes winner Clever Idea, who is also a half-sister to stakes placed Fortune In Gold. Three of Clever Idea’s siblings produced stakes winners with the group led by Grade II winner Kantharos and Grade III winner Ikigal.
Mo Town is the sire of five stakes winners and 12 stakes performers from his first two crops with four stakes winners and 11 stakes performers in 2023 alone.
