Repole Goes to $200,000 For Mo Town Juvenile

Mo Town was represented by a $200,000 colt at the OBS March 2-Year-Olds In Training Sale this week when West Bloodstock won the bidding war on behalf of Repole Stable.

Offered by Ocala Stud as part of the Lothenbach Stables Dispersal, the colt is out of the winning E Dubai mare Five Mach Speed. That mare is a full sister to multiple Grade III winner Desert Code and a half-sister to three other stakes performers, including two stakes winners.

A half-sister to two stakes producers with the three they’ve produced led by Grade I winner Discreet Lover, Five Mach Speed is the dam of two winners from four to race herself.

Mo Town is the sire of two stakes winners in 2024, putting him third best among all third crop sires alongside Justify and Mendelssohn.
