Camelot Filly Gains Smart Maiden Victory

I’m So Dizzy (2f Camelot - Whirlygig, by Mukhadram) took another step forward on Saturday to get off the mark in the five furlong Novice Stakes at Nottingham.

The Rae Guest-trained filly finished third last month and enjoyed a boost in form when the winner Indispensable (Ten Sovereigns) subsequently finished fourth in a Listed race. Reunited with Callum Shepherd at the weekend, she tracked the leader in the early stages and produced a strong challenge approaching the final furlong. The game bay soon quickened past the well-supported colts and kept on strongly to lead by a length on the line.

The progressive daughter of Camelot was bred by Newtown Anner Stud Farm.
