Gleneagles Filly Races Clear In German Guineas
Gleneagles’ terrific season continued on Sunday when Novemba (3f Gleneagles - Nevada, by Dubai Destination) ran out an impressive winner of the German 1,000 Guineas at Dusseldorf.
The Peter Schiergen-trained filly made all under Sibylle Vogt and was never headed, extending her advantage from the two furlong marker to win by seven and a half lengths.
The Gestut Brummerhof homebred had previously been placed in two Stakes races and is the best produce of Listed winner Nevada. She becomes an 12th individual Stakes winner for Gleneagles, who sired three Group/Stakes winners in the space of a week earlier this month.
