Pensando A Te (2f Blackbeard - The Gold Cheongsam, by Red Clubs) became another new winner for exciting first-season sire Blackbeard with a comfortable victory at Ascot on Saturday. The Marco Botti-trained juvenile was narrowly denied on her debut when finishing a head second at Yarmouth last month and she went one better on her second start with a length-and-three-quarter win under Silvestre De Sousa. Pensando A Te was in touch with the leaders early on before switching left and making headway from two furlongs out. She led with a furlong left to run and went clear inside the final furlong to win readily. Pensando A Te was bred by Chasemore Farm.
