Dubai Charm (2f Blackbeard - Arabic Charm, by Exceed And Excel) became a new winner for Blackbeard when getting off the mark at Yarmouth on Wednesday. The Richard Hughes-trained filly had placed on her first two outings, including when runner-up at Nottingham on her debut in April, while she was bouncing back after a run at Royal Ascot last month. Ridden by Billy Loughnane, Dubai Charm was in touch with the leaders and was asked to close from two furlongs out. The filly took up the lead inside the final furlong and kept on to win by a length and a quarter. Out of a half-sister to 2025 Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint and Group 1 Middle Park Stakes runner-up Brussels (by Wootton Bassett), Dubai Charm was bred by Lynch Bages Ltd.
