Pride Of Toledo (2c No Nay Never - Zain Art, by Excellent Art) became the second juvenile winner on the day for No Nay Never with a clear-cut score at Salisbury on Saturday. Fifth on his debut at Newbury this month, the Clive Cox-trained colt was prominent under Callum Rodriguez and the pair came to take up the lead over a furlong out. The son of No Nay Never went clear inside the final furlong to strike by three and three-quarter lengths. A half-brother to Group 2 Airlie Stud Stakes winner Aloha Star (by Starspangledbanner), Pride Of Toledo was bred by Lynch Bages and Camas Park Stud. No Nay Never was represented earlier in the day by another smart juvenile in comfortable Ascot winner Never Enough.
