Queen's Hame (3f Gleneagles - Putois Peace, by Pivotal) got off the mark at the second attempt with a clear-cut score at Nottingham on Thursday. Trained by William Haggas, the Gleneagles filly had finished second on debut at Ripon this month and she duly stepped forward from that outing with a four-length win. Ridden by Cieren Fallon, Queen's Hame led early on but was headed after two furlongs. The three-year-old led again and was going easily from two furlongs out, pulling clear inside the final furlong to win in ready fashion. Queen's Hame was bred by Bloomsbury Stud.
