Thinkitdontjinxit (5g Vadamos - Moonlit Theatre, by King’s Theatre) made the perfect start over hurdles when running out an impressive winner at Galway on Monday. The gelding had sold to Gordon Elliott for £185,000 at last year’s Tattersalls Cheltenham December Sale after registering an eight-length win on his sole point-to-point outing at Ballycrystal for Denis Murphy. Thinkitdontjinxit placed in two Thurles bumpers for Elliott earlier this year. Ridden by Jack Kennedy, Thinkitdontjinxit was prominent throughout and was going well when taking up the lead after two flights out. The son of Vadamos went clear up the run-in to score by 11 lengths from Touch The Clouds (by Maxios). Assistant trainer Lisa O'Neill said: "He had nice bumper form on soft ground, and this was a nice start for the season. He handled today's conditions well, and the way he finished was quite impressive. Jack thinks he could be a nice horse." Thinkitdontjinxit was bred by Mary Morgan.
