Saturday saw Marianafoot (4c Footstepsinthesand - Marianabaa, by Anabaa) land back-to-back runnings of the Listed Prix Luthier at Deauville for Jerome Reynier and owner/breeder Jean-Claude Seroul.

Racing prominently under Mickael Barzalona, he produced a challenge in the straight and asserted inside the final furlong. Running on well, he won by a length and three quarters on the line.
